The Primary Medical Care Center is conveniently located just south of Merrit Parkway on Main Avenue in the Parkway Plaza.

Mon-Friday 9 am to 5 pm

Patients are seen with an appointment. Equipped with brand new state-of-the art medical equipment, a wide range of procedures are offered including laceration repair, x-rays, spirometry testing, electrocardiograms, flexible sigmoidoscopies, and more.
